I know everybody just like me wants to know who tobi is we know more people that aren't Tobi then who he can actually be and I have 3 theories 1 that it could actually be shishu and his ninja way was changed be war and maybe this is his own solution the eye techniques are basically the same nobody else has a genjutsu like him. He lost both of his eyes his hair matches and itachi wouldn't kill him. It could be their father the time line fits and would explain why itachi and sasuke are so powerful and why their always in darkness also wouldn't it be a twist if sasuke had a living family all along and his father did all this.
