Chapter 1<br />
Kana’s Pov<br />
???: Squad 6. Return to the World of the Living and carry out your day. I will have someone from squad six escort you to your captain.<br />
I nodded and returned to the World of the Living as he told me to. I recently joined the soul society but as you know, I just got assigned to squad six. I looked at my watch as I passed into the World of the Living to see it was three p.m. I quickly “entered” my gigai, which was wearing a black and red plaid skirt with black leggings. A red T-shirt, and my hair hung to my waist but it some of it laid on my mid-back cause some of it was in a pony tail, and hurried to the mall to my wonderful and exciting job at Urahara’s, craft shop or whatever it was, not. Upon arriving at the store I seen a girl going into the store. I ran to catch up to her and also entered the store. I watched her for a minute. She seemed like she couldn’t find what she was looking for. I walked over to her.<br />
Kana: Um… what are you looking for?<br />
???: First-aid kit.<br />
Kana: They’re in the first aisle next to the band-aids.<br />
???: Thank you.<br />
My boss Kisuke Urahara came out from the back room.<br />
Urahara: Oh Kana, you’re here. You will be sweeping and working the register today.<br />
Kana: Ka.<br />
???: You work here?<br />
Kana: Um… Yeah. *hold out hand* I’m Kana Oka. Nice to meet you.<br />
???: I’m Orihime Inoue. *shook her hand* Nice to meet you too.<br />
Kana: As much as I hate it, I have to go to work so… I’ll see you later, maybe.<br />
Orihime: Maybe.<br />
Kana: Ok.<br />
I walked over to the closet towards the back and opened it to grab the broom. Once I had the broom, I closed the closet I started sweeping the floor. I was sweeping the back part of the store when I heard the little bell at the front desk ring.<br />
Kana: I’ll be there in a minute.<br />
I put the broom down then walked behind the desk.<br />
Orihime: Oh hi. Thanks for helping me, Kana.<br />
Kana: No problem.<br />
I rang up her first-aid kit and told her the balance. It came out to be 5.95 yen. She gave me the money and grabbed her first-aid kit.<br />
Orihime: Bye, Kana.<br />
Kana: Bye.<br />
I walked back to the spot I was sweeping at. Upon arriving at that spot, I heard Orihime say hi to some people. I didn’t hear their names but great more customers. Before I could, start sweeping again someone rang the damn little bell.<br />
Kana: God damn it!!! Can’t anyone fucking sweep around here!!!<br />
I once again put the broom down and walked behind the counter. To see two guys standing at the counter. <br />
Kana: Welcome to the store. Do you need help with something?<br />
One of the guys standing at the register was a guy with bright red hair that looked like a pineapple. He had tattoos on his neck and head.<br />
???: Yes… Where is Kisuke Urahara?<br />
Kana: One minute.<br />
I stood there for a second to try to figure out what was going on. Suddenly the other guy with orange hair that looked like he could be a strawberry pushed the red pineapple guy out of the way.<br />
???2: Are you going to get Kisuke or not?!<br />
Kana: Pushy. Kisuke!!!!!!!!!! Some dudes are here to see you!!!!<br />
Slowly yet so annoyingly, Kisuke walked out of the back holding his fan in front of his face.<br />
Urahara: Yes!!! *very creepy voice*
