Remember what Itachi said to Naruto... "I will leave Madara to you", so I think Sasuke won't end up fighting in this battle. Moreover, Sasuke is the "ultimate" ninja Naruto has to fight against.

Battle is almost at the end anyway. five hokages out there. Madara is out there. Tobi is out there. Only the battle between sasuke and naruto is left.
Already manga shows sasuke is getting ready to fight. So sasuke will eventually face naruto after jinkurris are defeated. The rest of the squad will intervene and take care of the jinkurris and tobi along with killer bee, kakashi and Guy. It will give time for naruto to replenish his chakra to face sasuke. Maybe kyyubi will give his remaining chakra to help fight sasuke. First I think Naruto will use sage mode. While he is in sage mode, he will be able to replenish his nine-tail mode chakra and use it when the fight is really serious.

Prediction
Something tells me this won't be there last battle. five hokage will defeat madara. They will join Kakashi, Guy, bee and other squads to fight tobi. Tobi overpowered by this, decides to retreat take severely exhausted and injured sasuke with him. Naruto is also severely injured by the fight with sasuke. Itachi defeats kabuto or kabuto retreats knowing the war has been lost. I think war really isn't over. I think sasuke and naruto will fight again. Otherwise, sasuke will come to his sense half way in the battle with naruto and team up with naruto to defeat tobi

I don't think Tobi is an Uzumaki.But,I think,Tobi has an Uzumaki DNA in him.You know,Tobi combine the Senju DNA and Uzumaki DNA in his left side body.

Yes,Senju is the descendent of the younger brother.But,I still believe that Uzumaki clan also the descendent of the younger brother.You see,Uzumaki has a longevity and stamina.But Senju,I don't see anywhere in manga that shows the Senju has a longevity life.Yes,Senju has stamina.

And where the hell is Senju shinobis at the time Uzumaki clan was attacked?Senju suppose to be a distantly relative of Uzumakis.Did Senju has something to do with the destroying of Whirlpool country?Did Senju also scared with the power of sealing techniques that Uzumaki has?I bet,I'm wrong in that theory.haha...

no where in the manga does it say stamina as a special trait they say that kushina had amazing stamina but never the hole clan. they did say that the senju originally had strong life force or longevity how ever u want to put and the body of the sage but it seems as the uzamaki split off from the senju clan they took that with them.
