out of at least 4 generations of the village being around only 3 people could control the beast as jinchuricki naruto bee and the 3rd mizukage. dont know anything about the 3rd but bee was able to control it on his own but naruto need help from 2 dead parents jiraiya yamamoto bee now if it wasnt for them he would probably be dead by now. and the genjitsu thin we only seen one person do that. i think the bigest flaw with kg is people rely on it to much and thats all they know like haku and kimimaru, if they could master other stuff as well they would be bad ass

I say tail beast, yes for the large reservoir of chakra. And any jutsu you've got under your belt, can become high level as sempet said earlier.

lol even though you are technically right..the part where I myself cut them some slack is that they're only 16 and are at levels beyond their teachers

I think they are 17 now but that's besides the point, now check this out there are only 9 tailed beast(excluding the 10 tails) and how many Kekkei Genkais are there? Countless ones from either village. I feel like the more rare something is the stronger it will be, take for instance Naruto is the only Jinchuriki from the hidden lead, but the hidden cloud has Bee and Yugito and I'm pretty sure they pretty good control over their tailed beast... Now look at Naruto when he and the nine tailed got close look at how much stronger he looked or is then both Bee and Yugito. Take sharingan a kekkei genkai now unless you are unfortunate to lose some very close to you you're stuck with that little three copy wheel thing and almost every uchiha had it that way hell even Kakashi did... Point is having a tailed beast is 10x better then having s kekkei genkai but thats my opinion
