and madara did bring up tobi he said this his is
plan but to bring me back in this state looks like
his plan is failing then kabuto says i am his
assistant. madara knows tobi. and when tobi was
talking about the 3rd path he wasnt talking about
uzamaki he was talking about the eye its self he
already had the chance to get the dna if he wanted
it.
and u asked why did it take so
long for madara to get the ringun if he already
had senju dna. well do u think they where doing
experemets to get it write it isnt like they just
knew how to splice dna one day look at oro it took
him years to get to where he was.

though it pains me to say it but he is write on the fact that it never said that u need the senju or uchia we are assuming that based on madara and madara himself never clearly said what he did.
but u said tobi has senju and uchia dna why cant he have the rinngun. but we are assuming it worked for madara and he was born an uchia.
if tobi wasnt an uchia to begin with but implanted uchia dna then that could mess up the transformation because he isnt uchia.

and the reason i think that tobi didnt use the
rinngun from the beginning was he intended to
resurrect madara at a certain time. he already
said that nagato was supposed to use that tech for
his use. and nagato said he could only bring
people back to life after they have been dead for
so long thats why he couldnt bring back jiraiya
but i think he could have brought back madara but
it would have killed him in the proccess. because
madara knows of tobis plans and nagato it makes
sense.

know kishi has something up his sleeve. I am sure
