no one has brought anything new to the board on this debate. the rinnegan is stronger but it doesn't make it better. that depends on the user. we seen itachi come up with a plan to defeat the the rinnegan already. yes you can say that he had help but with his mind he would have came up with a plan to defeat him alone as well. hell naruto came up with a plan to beat pain. also to add to my answer of the welder is the key, lets look back at the sasuke itachi battle. a regular sharingan won. I dont care if itachi threw the fight or not, sasuke was countering all genjusus!!!!!

Hell the fact that naruto went to 8tails itself proves he couldn't take on nagato. Minnato had to come in to prevent the kyuubi from fully taking over naruto. Nagato never lost a battle whiles he was alive.

Itachi would have been no match for nagato. That is my view. they never actually fought so i can't force u to accept it.

nagato lost that fight he had all pains defeated and had hardley no chakara left and couldnt move naruto would have killed him if he wanted to.


but these eyes are completely dif i would rather have the sharingun because it can place u in a genjitsu with just eye contact even if its a weak genjitsu and it only takes u a second to get out when in a high level battle a split second pause is all u need.

and itachi would have fucked up nagato.
