Minato vs Itachi
Ha ha ha hey guys just wanted to stir up some debate get your thoughts again just like rinnegan vs sharingan. Now we know Itachi wasnt stupid and he had sword of totsuka or wtf but how good was minato from what youve seen. Elaborate on why minato or Itachi would be better than the latter. Elaborate guys. LOL

no most shinobi in the naruto universe has been shown to move so fast it appears as though they disappear. This is especially true of Anbu members when they report to the hokage. They just appear deliver their report and disappear. I don't know how they do that but i guess it must be a jutsu.
Itachi is fast at forming hand seals. but with 'foot speed' as wombat says we can't just assume that he was fast. Itachi rarely moved from a single spot when battling. He uses his genjutsu crows to hide his real self from his opponents.

the strongest genjutsu is izanagi bcos it allows u to control reality. that is why Kishi inserted a catch that an eye that cast izanagi would go blind permanently. Had it not being so, people like Danzo and Tobi who can do it will be unbeatable.

gai and lee both say sasuke is fast as lee with weights on and weights off.

watch the sasuke fight with itachi it shows foot
speed the hole fight. like how he just appears
behind sasuke or he appears in front of sasuke and
kicks him to the wall. or the crazy high speed
fight. to assume he can form hand signs at speeds
that cant be seen, and throw kunai and counter
kunai and form a hand sign at the same time is
stupid to think his foot speed isnt amazing.

not to mention the itachi nagato vs naruto and bee
fight. at the beginning naruto and bee where
double teaming naruto and the couldnt lay a hand
on him. so to say itachi isnt fast is retarted.

i dont count izanagi the side effects are to great
just like i dont count the death god seal as the
best seal so far the side effects are to great.
but Kotoamatsukami and tsukuyomi have low side effects. i like them both but it just depends on what u use them for. like shisui his is perfect for espionage. while itachi is perfect for battle one look in a second i can put u in a coma. and going back and reading he could even use it against bee.
but the sword soul sealing genjitsu is the strongest genjitsu with low side effects.

wombat, I advised u once that u should read ur
references before asking me to.
1.In chapter 111, page 19 Guy said "Fast! about the same as lee's starting speed." Lee's STARTING SPEED is what he said.
2.in chapter 112, page 4, guy said "He's about the same speed as Lee without the weights". Sasuke was ABOUT which means 'near to' which does not mean equal or faster.
3.in chapter 112, page 6, it was sharigan copied speed. read page 7, what kakashi says. Lee in 'chakra gates' speed is by far faster than this. U can't copy lee in life gate mode.
Is sharigan copied thing what u call 'foot speed'. His speed was enhanced by his activation of the sharigan. In that sense too, FTG is also a 'foot speed'.

Also in the Itachi vs Sasuke fight, they were
using genjutsu and clones a lot. that is why they
seemed to be moving from one spot to the other so
fast. Read chapter 385 page 13;
Zetsu says "they are fighting purely with genjutsu now, they haven't moved an inch"

wrong again u can copy the gates kakashi has done
it. sasuke hasnt seen it to copy it. and his eyes
cant copy speed or strength just tech. thats his
normal speed as to where lee has to use a jutsu
sasuke is faster than lee. sasuke also kept u with
the raikage as to dodge and elbow and dileiver a
counter punch sasuke is much faster than lee.
i dont care if u use crows pigeons dogs what it is but if u teleport witch is called foot speed in an instant to another location that is fast. and against bee he only used crows 2 times once when bee though he captured him and again in a genjitsu. but other than that it was straight up foot speed fighting naruto and bee.
and lee him self says sasuke is as fast as he is. you bring up other quotes but why not that one.
and not to mention he got there in a month a month to think after 3 years he isnt far fast is completely stupid
