dan. he died early and they didnt show much of him but everyone from the leaf was scared of him and they couldnt seal him only place him in a barrier.
kimimaru. he was nasty but died pretty early from a disease. he pretty much defeated garra and lee and was part killing garras dad.
haku. he had no killing intent and died young. but was really skilled the only person we have seen use one handed hand sign. and seemed as smart as shiki.
juugo. he is pretty bad as for being in prison since he was 8 to 10 not sure. but for not receiving any real training he is pretty good if oro was to train him the hole time there he would have been pretty strong.
shikimaru. just lazy thats all i can say about him if he tried to learn taijutsu he would be unstopable.
Yahiko. we didnt get to see him fight much but for being the leader of akatsuki at a really young age he had to be pretty good. although i think he is the only ninja i have seen die from a single kunai stab
ok so has the greatest potental if u have some one else in mind let me know i think juugo or haku. if juugo was to get real training better spead and strength and good taijutsu maybe an element besides relaying on he kekkai he would be bad ass and haku if he just honed his skill he would have been amazing.

In your list Haku just because Ice based jutsu is
cool and he's able to take out someone
quickly which is the main focus of a ninja
(stealth) on a side note I'd have to say
Kurenai she has great potential even though
becoming a Jonin pretty late I'm disappointed
she gave it up to child rare

Nagato becos with the rinnegan he could have
learnt any technique.

think a jonin b4 he had any training. Plus the
rinnagun has to be the best ability. But konohamru
will be the best ninja ever. He is one of 4 people
to defeat a path of pain. N he only gets d

nagato was maxed out after his death was at least
12 to 15 years and he didnt master the other jutsu
and he cant learn kg its a blood line tech the
sage didnt give birth to every ninja he trained
them there are other clans in the world at that
time.

By mastering all the nature elements he could also have learnt all the nature KG becos he could have been taught to combine two or more nature chakras.
earth + water = wood release
fire + earth = lave release
water + fire = boil release
wind + fire + earth = dust release
The rinnegan itself is the best dojutsu. and being able to manipulate yin could have learnt genjutsus.

are u crazy he cant learn kg. the sage himself
didnt learn kg. u act like the sage was all clans
in one he wasnt. he was 2 clans. there where other
clans in the world who had kg. he cant mix them u
need that specific kg thats why u cant learn its
not something u can learn with out having it
specifically. quit making shit up. i know u want

and yeah the rinngun could have learnt genjitsu if the user is skilled enough. just because u have the rinngun dosent mean u are the best at everything. same with the sharingun or any kg. and being a doujutsu it still has limits.
