its fun to say that its their dad, but clearly it is not. for one, he simply had a low level sharigan and never displayed any useful strength. his main role in the series was simply a father figure. other than that, hes dead, D-E-A-D. if they were to bring him back, while they clearly showed that he is dead, whats stopping them from bringing back the 1st? or the 2nd? or the 3rd? or 4th? or what about itatchs friend? they clearly showed that he was dead too. i would like to try and pin point who tobi is, but it is too far to tell as of now. all we know is that he is partly zetsu. bc at the ending of ep 248, after being injured by the 4th, his hand fell off with a slimy goo, just like zetsu
