It could seem that way but if he split the power up then they should be able to reach that point without each others dna ya know..like Madara wanted the 1st power cuz I mean look at it..look what Madara did with the wood element and I doubt it could touch what the 1st could've did..He wanted to harness the so6 paths power all together so the only way is to combine both of the sons powers but I think the rinnegan can be achieved without the senju just like the sage's body can be achieved without the uchiha dna..but I do believe if you put a sharingan into a senju it will result in the rinnegan and we've seen how strong an uchiha body can become when injected with senju dna..

Maybe that's why Madara lived so long from injecting the Senju dna...

I'm absolutely agree with you bro..Naruto don't have what it need to activate the rinnegan..But,it's a different story if Naruto transplanted with Sasuke EMS..Since,an Uzumaki clan is a distant relative of Senju clan,they might have a same bloodline,which is they came from a same family before them..So,if Naruto have Sasuke EMS,he can activate it to the rinnegan stage..But,for Naruto to activate the rinnegan alone without the EMS,it's seems impossible no matter what..And Nagato rinnegan have a bit arguments in it..The question is,Nagato rinnegan was belong to whom?..We know,Tobi is a big liar..Tobi can make a story that Nagato rinnegan is belong to him to begin with..But,an ET Madara never mention at all that Nagato rinnegan is belong to him..So,whose rinnegan it is belong to?..My assumption,Nagato rinnegan is belong to the Rikudou Sennin himself..Maybe,the elder son of So6P keep it as a property for his clan from generation to generation..You know,the pure one is always better than a revolution eye like sharingan..But,as I said early,it's just my assumption..

You know why madara took the senju cell, it's to harness the body to seal the ten tail for his moons eye plan. Look he had the the fox under control right, why not seal it in himself and use that power, i believe he couldn't that why i think tobi could of been an experiment for. And for some reason i believe that the tail beast is holding some power in becoming a full blown sage, just look at naruto aura after attaining seven off the nine tail beast power it's giving tobi the chills.

Yea, I think you're right about Madara trying to harness the power because of that..I think him and Tobi just wants to put the whole so6 paths together and you need both parts to be complete..the Uchihas have strong enough chakra to suppress and control the beasts with their eyes but I don't think their body can handle being a host which is why the Senjus always have the 9 tails..and yea I think so too..cuz Tobi was afraid and Naruto's chakra seemed to increase even higher than when he was in 9 Tails mode..

a lot of here are preASSumptious that naruto will aqcuire that..

The Senju NEVER became host a.k.a jinchuriki of Kurama(Kyuubi). It was the Uzumaki (Uzumaki Mito > Uzumaki Kushina > Uzumaki Naruto) who are capable of becoming the host of bijuus. Senju Hashirama was able to SUPRESS the kyuubi but is almost kinda similar to Uchiha Madara that they don't want the kyuubi to be sealed inside their bodies or also possible that they can't be actually become jinchuriki themselves.
