technique/ninjutsu of yamanaka/akimichi/nara/hyuga/inuzuka/aburame and other
hm. i just wondering all this clan can become more poweful and more useful in the anime and become interesting if they can perform other ninjutsu. other then their clan secret jutsu. i mean 5 nature chakra element. one thing come to my mind is why they dont used it?or maybe they cant.but why?.look at sasuke, he had sharingan.katon and raiton.

i am sure they could just choose not to. the hyuga
use wind elemetn. but the other tech are what the
specialize in.

a common misconception. No where in the manga does it say The hyuga specialize in wind element.
But i think shikamaru can do water based jutsus.

Yea, I think you're confused with the Hyuga
actually throwing their chakra as Neji and Hinata
have show, rather than a wind technique..it never
said wind technique

they have done wind tech before so that means wind
tech. and why would shki have water he used a
scroll that had water in it.

so far and to the best of my knowledge, i haven't seen a hyuoga do nature element jutsu.
with shikamaru, i was just making an educated assumption. The fact that he uses a scroll that summons water gives an indication that he is familiar with some water jutsus.

He used a scroll that water in it because they
weren't around any damn water, obviously..and
they never showed a Hyuga using a nature
element..especially wind..the only wind users
they've shown from the leaf were Danzo,
Asuma, and Naruto..that's it...the
Hyuga's throw their chakra, that's not a
wind technique..you show me where it said
"Wind" as it does with every element
they use in the manga and I will shut up..until
then it's chakra they're throwing which
I believe it actually says

I can see why wombat made that assumption, it does
look like Neji throws a wind blast when he is
fighting himself in the early shippuden episodes
but i do think it is just chakra, BTW they dont
have to say Fuuton or "wind style" for
it to be a wind based tech, Kishi picks and
chooses when it is important and when its not.
Asuma uses wind manipulation on his chakra blades
and he never says "Wind style: sharpen my fn
weapon". Only if its important they say it.
Also, nature manipulation and controling your
chakra output is said to be like looking in two
directions at once, its hard so i guess those
clans just have an affinity for their techniques
and not there own nature manipulation because
thats all they have done for generations.

the scroll had water stored in it. he used the
water to conduct the electicity to hit kakazu he
was thinking it had nothing to do with his element
or water not being in the area. and neji used a
wind or air palm twice once against kisame and
once with hinata in chapter 521

He never said that while using that technique, but
Kishi thoroughly explained that it was a
"wind" element technique...that jutsu
they used just created air from the punching of
the 8 trigrams technique..that could be compared
to the scream or hand swipe Naruto does in 9-tails
mode that's strong enough to blow away
