come to think of it, Itachi could have learnt the
tech from Tobi. I just want this new development
to fit in nicely and seamlessly with the story.

how did the 4th learn the death god seal when
after casting the jutsu u die?
or the 3rd? u could even tell the 3rd never performed it before.
learning a jutsu isnt hard if u an elite the proper had sign and amount of chakara. how did itachi learn amataresu when there was nobody to teach it to him?

In actual fact, Itachi had a teacher in the form of Tobi. Itachi himself said Tobi was his teacher and accomplice (I have given u the reference b4).
In actual fact, learning a jutsu especially a combat jutsu (and not a seal like death god seal u talk of) is fairly hard. No matter how gifted u are, u still need to train to master a jutsu. This makes the story more realistic.
I remember u disagree with someone when he compared naruto to DBZ. U said in naruto the characters train hard to acquire their techs unlike DBZ where characters mysteriously acquire powerful techs. I want to be proven wrong on this in the next chapter.
Yes itachi is smart but I don't think he is the repository of all knowledge concerning jutsus. Even Tobi or madara isn't.

a seal is still a jutsu how can u say well
training for that doesnt count but this one does
that pretty one sided to only help your argument.
and itachi was lying about tobi he hated tobi and
was saying that in the hopes sasuke would kill
him. he had his mangekyugun tech before he met

with the dead demon consuming seal, u invoke the
death god by performing the right hand seals and
that is it. I don't think the users level of
skill is relevant to it. The death god will kill
ur opponent in exchange for ur life.
OK well, may be Izanami is like that, u just have to know the right hand seals and it is cast in exchange for ur eye. I can agree with u on that. So one question answered. Tobi might have taught him that. That also may answer another. But it still feels too convenient.

well we already know itachi was the best in his
clan for sometime. tobi was scared of him. and
kabuto hasnt stop praising him. but what is most
jutsu hand seal and chakara so to say he can learn
one and not the other is stupid. the rasengun is
one of the only jutsu u dont need a hand seal to
use . its just forming chakra.
