When Itachi said there is another eye technique,which is Izanami,I'm kind of curious though...You see,Tobi said,to perform the Izanagi,the user needs sharingan and Senju DNA...Base on what Itachi said,it's seems that Izanami is come together with the Izanagi...What I'm getting at is,did Itachi has a Senju DNA in him?...Or is it Izanami didn't need Senju DNA to be done?...

That's a nice question, i'm curious too,
but i don't see how could he had that DNA,
maybe Kabuto mixed it, but i don't see his
reason, he woulden't trick himself that
easily.

well, Kishi better come up with a believable
explanation for these techs. In the mythology,
Izanami is the wife and sister of Izanagi. which
means that they are similar in power.
The question is how come that with Izanagi u need both uchiha and senju blood to perform but with Izanami u don't?
Also, I hate the fact that kishi all of a sudden ascribes a tech to Itachi. One that he may defeat Kabuto with. This is too convenient.

I could not have said it any better if i tried another thing is the whole SageMode setup where if Sasuke does fight Naruto he'll be familiar with it. ("It was just like that time with Kabuto"

But,Izanagi in sharingan combine with Senju DNA is far from perfect I guess...Bcoz,after using Izanagi,the sharingan will lose it's vision...The perfect Izanagi is in rinnegan eye...I guess,we just have to wait for Itachi to show the Izanami and the side effects after he perform that technique...
