I do not know how I missed this or how anyone else has missed this.
Ok I am going to beat around the bush or say any theory's on how obito became tobi this time I will post proof that obito is tobi.
Ok one we know or atleast assume the tobi is a uchiha since when he is using his sharigan he does not have the limits that kakashi has because kakashi is not a uchiha so therefore Tobi must be a uchiha right?
Now yes your thinking so he is a uchiha that doesnt prove he is obito right? Well I cant believe I missed this and I did not think of it until now but if it was another uchiha and they transplanted his eye then he should have an eternal mangekyou sharigan. But there is one problem with this. We now know that tobis eye looks exactly the same as kakashis right? So therefore like sasuke and maadara is should be slightly different but it isnt so therefore tobi cannot be another uchiha except obito! So he has to be either a non uchiha or obito.
Now he cant be a non uchiha because when he uses his sharigan he can seem to do it multiple times unlike kakashi,
In the new manga he talks to kakashi like he is a outsider using the sharigan.
