Tobi is either obito or a non uchiha. There was no records saying madara had a son the reason why it cannot be a uchiha is because when a uchiha transplants another uchihas eyes in they merge like what happened with sasuke and madara and by this pic the eyes are exactly the same

not true only brothers can transplant eyes and get eternal MS it has to be an uchiha bc he has the ability to use kamui without it draining him like kakashi either that or he has a tremendous amount of chakra to be able to use it so effortlessly

No you are actually wrong you need to read the manga correctly.
It can work with any uchiha but its better if they are related because the compatibility would be better thats why its usually siblings.
It is better if they are siblings but anyone cant combine it

You need to read the manga again itachi says you need a siblings eyes. Never was it stated that u can usr anyone ms cuz if that was true itachi would have used shishu eyes
