I'm doubtful that kakashi purposly killed Rin if you look at his eyes he is definitely crying, seems strange he would do that but i think he may have been in a genjutsu or was being controlled by one of people he was fighting...and it seems rin may not have been aware of this...also experimental bodies, maybe clones? although most likely not because otherwise obito couldn't have seen out of kakashis eye
Of course this is what
happened, this would also explain the age
difference they all should be the same age or
close. Zetus and Madara probably hadn't had
contact with either Kakashi or Rin since they
found Obito this is why Obito looks like he was
older. I now believe Madara masterminded the final
battle with the scene including Kakashi, Obito,
all the tail beast, and himself to complete his
crazy moon eye's plan. I still don't
have a clue how they can stop Madara even if
Obito switches sides this dude is immortal now, if
Minato was still around he probably could come up
with a seal but I don't think there is anyone
else that can come close to stopping him. Naruto
will literally have to become the So6P to even
have a chance of slowing Madara down.
na i believe it is rin when obito blamed him for
her death kakashi didnt say to much about it.
either she was a traitor or someone was being
controled some how.
there is a chance
that zetsu switched with her. he was keeping an
eye on them. but if rin is a zetsu then after
death she would have changed back to a zetsu and
the leaf would have known about them before this
war witch they dont.
They were both the real ones, they arent zetsus.
what i think happened was that they had an
encounter with the zetsus and they had some of
their chakra absorbed and the zetsus tried to make
them kill each other and in the confusion kakashi
killed the real rin. on accident of course
Kakashi may have done it for anbu. It doesn't
say when he joined and they did say root was like
the blood mist village. Danzo could've
ordered him to kill Rin in order to kill his
emotions and finally join the anbu.
