Minnato: a junkuriki
what will Minnato do with the other half of kurama's chakra(the ying chakra) inside him?

With that chakra Minnato should also be able to go into 9tail mode. But I think he will most likely give it all to naruto and also teach him the FTG tech.

Quoting naqvi80well u never, he mite just get FTG if author wants it...
however all techs are progress of a previous one or modification and blending of 2 or 3 jutsus...minato saw the beast bomb and came with rassengan idea...he didnt just woke up one day and made it...like wise naruto took rasengan and modified it with elemental chakra into rasen shurriken....same is story of mokuton or the way sarutobi used his mixed tech of katon and sand while fighting ori, 1st and 2nd...or sharingan powers from rinnegan...

I think this is a good point, yet we should remember that adding the wind element to the Rasengan was not Naruto's Idea - it was Minato's and he failed to actually accomplish this goal(Kakashi later gave Naruto this idea to improve in his father's path as well as training him to master the technique; this was ultimately a forshadowed development of the long range rasengan we know to be Naruto's rasenshuriken today. Killer Bee teaching Naruto to master the Kyuubi's chakra was another forshadowed development, though it didn't stem from any previous generation's technique. I'm not saying I'm confident that Naruto will learn the FTG in time, but I'm questioning how on earth anyone here is really confident that some form of plot-no-jutsu isn't going to be pulled to teach Naruto the FTG just by the line of reasoning that it's overpowered.

The Kyuubi was once considered too sinister and prideful to be a Jyuubi like the 8-tails, it was also considered overpowered at one time, and it happened. The rasen-shuriken was introduced as way too heavy to realistically throw and an overpowered concept given its power anyways, and not only did that happen in sage mode but it was even further expanded on in Kyuubi mode. That line of reasoning never works in an anime, and Naruto is no exception.
