Simple, it hurts like a MF to do Amaterasu. Pain
is a reason why they close their eyes, and they
sometimes loses their sharingan in that eye if

If I remember correctly Amaterasu strains the eye
tremendously so the eye bleeds from the strain.

Eyes has less muscle, or no muscle at all, I dont
know exactly. Given this, I assume , its the
reason why it bleeds when its under pressing
scenario like Amaterasu which consumes large
chakra.

see if u remember once madara told tht itachi was
the only uchia who cried out blood and most of u
may know that itachi had transferred some of his
powers into sasuke tht may be why he also cried
out blood out of one eye

HE JUST GOING THROUGH WHAT ITACHI DID!! BUT WILL
NEVER KNOW IF HE WAS ALREADY GOING BLIND OR NOT
BECAUSE HE RARELY USED THAT POWER!!I BELIEVE
ITACHI TOLD SAUSKE THE EYE STORY SO SAUSKE CAN USE
HIS EYES!!
