I've thinking of this for quite a while now, is this how it works?. As long as the user has some DNA of the target soul, can he repeatedly summon the their souls?

NVM.... Now that I'm looking into it,
I'm sure we all know that it was originally developed by Tobirama Seniu and later completed by Orochimaru. Now Kabuto claims to have mastered it to a degree even higher then them..also says this jutsu to be the "greatest, most powerful technique in the shinobi universe." As it poses no risk to the user...so they say.
But to do it over and over again, I'm thinking one could but with different bodies. Not the same DNA though..I don't think that'll work, no.

sealed.

There can only be one soul at a time. Since it is
impossible to kill them you have to seal them in
order to be victorious.
I assume if he cancelled the technique (so the souls go back from where they were) and then uses it again later - he could re-summon them.

I dont think he can once the souls been sealed/beaten,
regardless if he still has DNA. Just my thought but then again

anyway,if i really get what the question is my
answer is:No,scince each person has one soul after
the soul has been called you can't call the
same soul again,while it exists in another
body...that would just make the soul(which is one)
to change bodies(from the first sacrifice to the
second) an thus make a useless sacrifice....

If he could recall souls a second time he would
have brought back the souls of the Hokages that
Sarutobi defeated in the "Destruction of the
Leaf" saga.

Not true, the souls of the hokages that sarutobi
defeated were sealed and therefore are
unsummonable.
Those brought back with edo tensai don't seem to have to have their souls sealed to be defeated. The ones that are not sealed could be resummoned at some point. But since they have shown basically nothing about the details of the ritual it would be just blind guessing to assume that it could be limitlessly repetitive, or that they would need different DNA, etc.
