NineTails complete
It seems that Madara is gathering all the pieces, of the nine-tails to complete the jutsu(he retrieved the part that was sealed during the battle).Wonder if he will be able to bring back the sealed part of the kyuubi(his craze eyes anything is possible).

i think that someone will bring back the other
half of the nine tails. I don't understand
why he was entrusted with only half of its power
in the first place, when the other jinchurikki
have the full chakra. Maybe the nine-tails is that
much more powerful, and maybe once Naruto gets
stronger he will be able to release and control
the rest of the nine-tails chakra.

@immikeporter Naruto's seal seems to be a
more advanced sealing jutsu than is used by other
nations. The purpose being to allow the chakra to
merge with Naruto's own chakra instead of
only when calling upon it basically.
I think this means that the other jinchurikis have the monster itself sealed in them, whereas Naruto has the monster's chakra sealed in him. For me it explains why other jinchurikis can do full or partial transformations and Naruto can only get the cloak as well. It would also explain why only the yin (good) chakra of the 9 tails was sealed in Naruto. Though the 9 tails being more powerful than other tailed beasts seems a good reason too.

I'm not so sure he is trying to collect all the pieces necessarily, more like just collecting enough of it to make it work

Consuming Seal' how can it be brought back
and with what technique??? + Naruto can bearly
manage Half, The village would have been destroyed
by now if he had all the Kyuubi's Power.

i think the e.g. is kinda offtrack. An example of what Namikaze Minato learned from Uzumaki Kushina is the Eight Trigram Sealing Jutsu as it is performed to seal the kyuubi. The Rasengan was persoanally "invented/develop" by Minato
