Danzo didnt have to do anything but put the
sharingan in to use it's basic attacks and
techniques. BUT, in order to use Izanagi, he had
to implant multiple sharingan to use it multiple
times, as well as injecting himself with
Hashirama's DNA. The crow needn't be or
do anything special in order to use a technique
that was already there. The eye just needs a
vessel that it can act on.
