About Shisui: How does everyone know it takes a
decade for him to be able to use his jutsu again?
Not sure how old Shisui was, and I am not sure
when he gained his MS, but who did he use it on,
and how long ago? And how does everyone know it
takes a decade to reset? Of course with the 1st
Hokage's chakra this time can be shortened
(as shown with Danzo).
Shisui would
have had to use it more than once to figure that
out, which would mean he had his MS for over 10
years prior to his "death."
Also it was originally reported that Shisui
drowned, now his body is either missing or
destroyed. Has his body been hidden so well that
even Kabuto couldn't find it (maybe by
Itachi)? Or Could it be that he is not truly dead?
Besides what good would reviving him be if he
(supposedly)lost both of his eyes prior to his
death? Hmm..Curiouser and Curiouser.

if u come to think of it as we have seen every sharingan has a unique ability like :
MADARA -> time & space transfer or sth like that
KAKASHI/OBITO -> dimensional transfer
SASUKE -> no clue
DANZO -> no clue ( or the shisue`s eye ability )
SHISUE -> genjutsu ( mind controling )
and what about itachi ?? ... he was said to have the most powerfull tsukuyomi and genjutsu but now it looks that shisue has an eye even more powerfull that itachi does ... so what are his true abilities ??
and another question : why cant even kakashi and danzou use amaterasu or tsukuyomi ( actually i dont think danzou can do any of them but since he has a sharingan he should be able to )

Itachi stated that it would take 10 years to
recharge (without the 1st hokage - with Zetsu and
Yamato around that may not be true).
As for Danzo, I don't believe he used Koto Amatsukami, or it would have lasted even after him using it was found out. It was like a lesser version of it.
I get the idea that there are no real "unique" abilities that come from the Sharingan. That there are just so many abilities that can come from the Sharingan and which ones you get is kind of like a pot luck. Which basically means that all the limitations of all Sharingan abilities are already known.... at least by the Uchiha clan.

About kakashi,danzo and amateratsu, susano -
it's easy - one eye have special ability,
other amateratsu, both can call susano. Danzo and
kakashi have only one MS eye with special ability,
thats why they cant use amateratsu or susano. Well
itachi use amateratsu with right eye, with left
tsukyomi, sasuke use amateratsu with left,
genjutsu with right, then maybe obito
"amateratsu eye" was right and was
destroyed by boulders, so kakashi have only one
eye with "special ability" thats why he
cant use amateratsu, susano, but can dimensional
thing.

Danzo never had a mangekyo sharingan, just a regular one.
Kakashi may be the only person in history to use a mangekyo that isn't in the uchiha clan, at least based off of the way people react when they see him with it.
You're right about the need for both eyes to use susano'o, though I wouldn't place any bets on each eye only having one skill just yet.
