Nicely put! This is something I can sink my teeth into and alleviates the majority of the holes noticed with this jutsu. The Matrix analogy was on point. Not bad at all! So until something else pops up and sends up red flags I can accept this as the most likely answer to some of those nagging questions (If you haven't noticed I tend to look for flaws, but not to good on explaining them away). Also I took the liberty to look up the definition of Mobility and Mobile (just to be facetious..here it is ).
Mobility: the ability to move physically: a knee operation has restricted his mobility ; mobility is part of physical education
Mobile:capable of moving or being moved readily.
Those are just the top definitions, but by now you probably looked them up.
