Who is the Madara behind the mask
I might be completely wrong on this one but what if the Madara behind the mask is sasukes and itachis father. I know you guys are saying it would explain why he knows so much about sasuke and Itachis past if he was there from the start. When the uchia clan question itachi and he goes to kill them itachi father told him not to he listened if he was going to kill everybody anyways why would he have stopped. Also theyre father had the same basic emotions when it came to the clan and even wanted to over throw the leaf village so the clan could take control over. Why else would itachi and assure be so powerful if one was then it wouldnt be an arguement that its genetic somewhere down the line they're all probably related to madara. I think thatthe father saw the tablet and that's all it all started, and remember the time line works with the nine tail fox because the clan wasn,t slain then and also why would the leaf take the clan out if they could be takin out pretty easily. I dont know these are just my thoughts can be way off.

It doesn't explain how he has the 1st dna in
him or how he would know the story of Madara and
Izuna(about the whole eye problem). It would
explain how Itachi would be able to set the trap
tho bc Itachi would have seen his dad's
sharingan before. Why would Itachi still go around
calling him Madara if he wasn't.

might be the dad, as hotrich64 said because of the
trap itatchi set up in sasukes eyes, because he
didnt want him to discover that his dad was also
apart of it. maybe itatchi was under a genjutsu..
"tobi" lets call him that since we dont
know who it is anymore has the same wrinkles under
his eyes as itatchi when the sharingan is
activated. his dad also got those when he used
sharingan. speculations but since we dont know i
could even say its his mom

i mean...
"obito" was too young to fight minato in the past... (same age as kakashi)
and madaras brother as somebody says, it couldnt be madaras brother since, he must be so old...
the only explanation, the reason why he uses a mask, its...
because he doesnt want to be recognise, in fact, now that i think, remember when tobe uses to fake his voice ?
when did he stop doing that...

after sasuke killed itachi, "tobi" sent nagato to destroy the leaf....

the masked guy has been using 1 eye of his
sharingan since the beginning.
the masked guy started to use both eyes when he attained pain's six path eye, probably before this he only had 1 eye?
the masked guy's power is to manipulate space-time, similar to Kakashi's mangekyo.
Perhaps it's Obito which achieved immortality?

cud still be madara's bro cos one of
madara's eye is covered with his hair and cud
be missing and sasuke's dad think less of
sasuke and he wud make itachi take sasuke's
eye to prolong his life for sure and he love his
clan too much to make itachi kill the whole clan
or cud be someone related to OBITO and seek
revenge to the war the killed obito

Sasuke and Itachi's father was the head of
the Uchiha clan, and the konoha police force. He
was about to lead a rebellion against
Konoha's elders. His age falls into roughly
the same demographic as the 4th hokage since their
children were born at the same time.
Tobi slaughtered all the Uchiha clan with Itachi at the elder's behest which was instigated by his attack with the 9 tails (which coincidentally happened right as Sasuke was being born). Plus in the meantime he was controlling another village's Kage and creating akatsuki behind the scenes.
Itachi desired only 2 things: that his brother succeeded and that there be no war.
It would make sense that Itachi would assist his father in slaughtering their clan if those two things could be achieved.
It doesn't make sense that their father had all this time to be running around to other villages, all the while doing his police and clan work (enough of both well enough to be promoted to the head of both), and raising 2 kids on top of it.
Not only this he causes unrest in konoha, which leads to discrimination of his clan, so he plans a rebellion to eliminate the discrimination, then takes orders from the elders to slaughter his clan?
Is this guy totally schizophrenic or what?
