in my opinion..Tobi is not real Madara.I think,Tobi is just someone else who obsess to be a king of the ninja world.Maybe,Tobi is just like Kakashi,you know,not an Uchiha but has Madara sharingan.I think,that's why his sharingan never deactivated just like Kakashi.One more thing,I've never seen Tobi shows his Mangekyo Sharingan.Wether Tobi can't use MS or he save it to fight Naruto,who knows.So,I think,Tobi transplant the Rinnegan to his left eye is because he don't have an Uchiha bloodline limits,who the only clan,as i know,who can activate the Rinnegan from the Sharingan.But still,it is up to Kishi to clear this whole things.I'm also a lil' bit confused about Tobi's space-time jutsu.Whether his space-time jutsu involve the sharingan to use it or the jutsu is special to him.As we can see Kakashi MS,he can send anythings to the other dimension.But,when Kakashi use normal sharingan (3 commas),he only can copying and read the other opponent fighting styles.Sasuke just like that too.

Naruto will never has a Rinnegan.Why?Because,he is Uzumaki clan.The only clan,as i know,can activate the Rinnegan is an Uchiha,because they has Sharingan.Naruto doesn't has anythings accept,he has 3 kind of chakras,which is,his own chakra,kyuubi's chakra and nature chakra.I don't know what will happen if Naruto combined all this 3 kind of chakras that he has.

the rinnegan is the next stage after the sharingan there for it is only available to be unlocked by uchiha. nagato was given the rinnegan by Tobi so it is something that anyone can learn to use if given just like the sharingan (i.e. kakashi) but it is not a bloodline limit of the uzumaki clan it belongs to the uchiha as a stage of the sharingan basically.

well i believe kind of what we are all saying except that fact that the rinngun is just for the uchia madara said his body was special i believe he had stole uzamaki dna and impanted it in him. i also believe he played a part in there destruction but thats for a different time. tobi has the first dna and uchia dna in him for him to use izanagi a tech that requires both dna to control it. so he probably had those to dna implanted in him. if any body could use the ringun like it was posted up above than all kinds of people would like kakashi he cant use the sharingun to its full potential because he dosent have compatible dna. so nagato was compatible because the uzamaki, uchia and the senju are related. i also dont think tobi has madaras eyes i think nagato had the awakened form. and that tobi was going threw uchia eyes thats why he collects them. but all just theories might change tomorrow with the new manga

FYI...Fully awaken Sharingan a.k.a. Normal Sharingan has the ability to :
1. see chakra,
2. clearly see things even those moving at tremendous speed(which could explain why they can copy jutsu and handwriting), and
3. Genjutsu which is why all people who fights an Uchiha always have to avoid having eye contact with an activated Sharingan.

Naruto wont have the RIN b/c u have to have MS to read the special Uchihas tablets to awaken it. I still dont understand how the RIN is supposed an evolved SHAR, Sharingan freakin does and sees everything! All the RIN really does is push and pull techniques...and that whole bring ppl back from the dead thing but that's it!

the rin gun does alot push pull, obsorb chakra, bring the dead back, summon, that arm stuff, allows him to use all five chakra elements.

That's why Tobi has Sharingan and Rinnegan.Tobi want to use both Sharingan and Rinnegan powers.In Sasuke case,i think,Tobi want to use Sasuke to take control of Kyuubi,as Sasuke already saw the Kyuubi inside Naruto.And i don't think Tobi is Madara.Kyuubi only recognise Madara by his Sharingan power.So,i'm still with my opinion,Tobi is just someone else,not Madara.Maybe,Tobi knew the secrets of Madara.
