Tobi theory
So everyone has there own theory of who Tobi is but there one that really sounds believe able to me, the theory that Tobi is an Uzumaki. Uzumakiz live very looong lives and this might explain why Tobi lived throught the creation of Konoha to now. Uzumakies can handle tough strains on the body that's why all the nine tails jinchuricis were uzumakis and Tobi is confident he can handle the ten tails in him... Hm makes you think right. Now this other fact isn't as important but I'll still say it lol tobis mask looks like a whirlpool and that was the symbols of the uzumaki clan. The Uzumaki clan has senju in them so this explains why Tobi can use izanagi. So with all this being said I have a feeling that Tobi is an uzumaki.

well i think naruto dosent need more powers just
needs to get smarter thats the cool thing about
the manga u dont need to be crazy powerful if u
can strategize. i dont think he ment nagato
specifically but was refering more to his eyes.
and if ur saying the uzumakis have nothing to do
with the uchia then they have nothing to do with
senju because the senju and uchia where once
brothers. the uzimakis and senju are distant
cousins is what it said so do u have anything in
common with ur 5 cousin probaby not lol. but they
do have strong chakara witch is probably from the
great sage.

What Tobi said to Nagato's corpse was that he
had been the 3rd sage of the six paths, and that
when he acquired the rinnegan he now had 3 of the
6 paths. The 6 paths of pain are people, the six
paths of the sage (what Tobi was referring to in
the reference) are abilities or something of the
sort, which apparently you don't have to have
all 6 of to be the sage of the six paths.

Well this is what Tobi said in chapter 510, "
I am uchiha madara! The man who obtained senju
hashiramas powers! Two of the six paths are now
one being!" you see you can infer from that
that Tobi is calling madara and hashiramas two
people that belong to the six paths. Later in the
chapter he said this when he stood in front of
nagato, " you are the third of the six
paths…"

Wombat3476, you must not be getting what I'm
trying to say cause what im saying has nothing to
do with cousins or brothers. Let me put it this
way, let's say there's a group of a
specific animal called idk Red lol and then
somehow a diffrent species of animal branches off
of Red ( which happened many times with animal
species) called Blue. Since blue branched off of
red it'll have similar abilitys that red has
but since they are two diffrent species they both
have abilitys that the other doesn't have. So
in the senju and uzumaki clan case, red is the
senjus and blue is the uzumakis. You get what
I'm trying to say now? Lol

no i understood what ur trying to say i agree with
that but they have different capabilities like the
uchia have long lives and strong chakara. while
the senju have strong bodies. it says the senju
started out with the (sages body) with his life
force and physical energy. but i believe and from
what i have read it looks like the senju and
uzamiki split those capabilities while the senju
kept the body but uzimaki got everything else.
just like on the show siblings are always born
with the same powers. so senju and uzimaki and
uchia are parts of the sage

it says the uchia got the sages eyes. so that
makes me think that the uchia eyes can just turn
in to the ringun but thats dif lol. and they got
powerful chakara and spiritual energy. so i am
guess just a guess maybe there is a spin off of
the uchia

You are misquoting.
When he was in front of Nagato he said "you were the 3rd sage of the six paths". After obtaining the Rinnegan from him he then said "I now have 3 of the 6 paths".
The 6 paths of the sage are abilities, the 6 paths of pain are people.
1 of the 6 paths would be the uchiha DNA, the other would be senju DNA.
These both contain different aspects of the powers of the sotsp (yin and yang chakra), and in gaining them, you gain the powers too. The Rinnegan is another of the sage's six paths.

yea he is right its the dna not the people.
although i dont know if the second and the firsts
dna is quit the same they might have a dif dad or
mom or something. any ways so there is 3 other
paths makes u wonder. i think the 10 tails is one
of them. and gin and kinkaku could be one they
said they could be related to the sage

The juubi is definitely one of the 6 paths, Madara
stated that it was getting the juubi that made the
sotsp the sotsp.
