When Kabuto dispells the jutsu it will be for all
ET zombies, which is the only reason Itachi is
still alive after being freed from Kabuto's
bonds.
The only way Kabuto could free
Madara from ET is to dispel the jutsu which would
cause Madara to return to whatever his sacrifice
was.
Madara's corpse reviving
itself seems a little too far-fetched to me.

Uchiha Itachi vs Kabuto
I'm kind of curious with Shisui genjutsu using by Itachi.What i'm want to get at is whether the genjutsu (Koto Amatsukami that freed Itachi from Edo Tensei) has give Itachi enough time to get to Kabuto,in order to stop the Edo Tensei?and,even if Itachi get to Kabuto and stop the Edo Tensei,will Madara could be stop too,since Madara activated the Rinnegan already?Maybe,Madara could revive his own life by using his Rinnegan,who knows right.Or maybe,Madara will be free by Kabuto from the Edo Tensei when the time is come.As a conclusion,Naruto should be know how did Hashirama defeat Madara.
