art work it probably wont b there next week bc its
not suppose to b but u can clearly see tht is not
a shadow every shadow or shadow like object in the
manga has been black this is not its tht grey
brown color they use for his skin

No need for the arguments guys.Me,myself,also see it just like Raikage left hand.But,it might be a mistake.Maybe,it's just a shadows.The answer will be comes in the next chapter.

Well judging at how he carelessly disregarded
caution to attack sasuke, i think he probably knew
something could be done afterwards to restore it.
Also, it seems he took his hand off below that big
bracelet so probably they are just there for that
purpose. As the raikage is the taijutsu type, he
would be at a great disadvantage if he didn't
have both his hands. Well these are all
conjectures, it could be a mistake though.

im pointing out tht its probably a mistake bc i
admitted to him not having it until the last page
of the chapter so it wudnt rele make sense then
again there have been a lot of things in naruto
tht didnt always make sense till later lol

It is definitely not a shadow, but it isn't
particularly clear either.
