Insert your idea: Madara and Tobi Twist!
TOBI said something about an Infinite Tsukuyomi at the Kage Summit and the ET-Madara had the same idea like of Tobi's or it's just a coincidence? Madara has an accomplice, and that's Tobi. And Tobi? I think he's a part of Madara also, imagine the Kyuubi detected Madara's Charkra Signature when Tobi released it from Kushina using a Sharingan. I think there's a Class "S", "Sage of the Six Paths" or "Senju/Uchiha Accesible" jutsu involved here xD. Just a thought, like a Soul/Personality Split Jutsu? Truth and Lie, Madara and Tobi, but the same goal. (Read through "Kabuto-Madara Conversations" in 562). And Madara stored his own body in a secret and highly access-protected Uchiha Box for future use. A well thought-out plan I assume. . I'm hoping for speculations from y'all. xD. Maybe one of us will hit a right one in relevance to the Naruto story line.

The real thing that confused us right now is,who
is Tobi...
What I will said is just my thoughts okey...
I think,Tobi is not Madara.Maybe,Tobi is Madara student,you know,just like Naruto with Jiraiya.Itachi told a stories of Madara to Sasuke,which is,after Madara have the EMG,his clansmens abondoned him and Madara left the konoha to somewhere else.Maybe,after he left konoha,someone from Uchiha comes to Madara and want to be his student.Madara have planned everything with Tobi before his death time comes.The true reason Madara fighting with Hashirama at the valley of the end,I think,it's parts of their plans,which is to gain Senju DNA and Madara got it.Before Madara died,he told Tobi to take his rinnegan and transplant it on himself and use it powers to revive him after Tobi's got all the bijuu.But,it's not follows as their plans.Tobi's body not campatible for the rinnegan.So,Tobi find another body to transplant the rinnegan and his got an idea,which is he try to transplant it to uzumaki body.As a result,Nagato could control the rinnegan.Since Tobi can use his space-time jutsu,maybe,he find a way to contact with dead Madara and told everything about Nagato.That's why,edo tensei Madara knows about Nagato.Since in waiting for Nagato to becomes more campatible with the rinnegan,Tobi creat Zetsu,which is the black Zetsu is Madara's DNA and the white Zetsu is Hashirama's DNA.Than,Tobi got another idea,which is,he transplant the Hashirama DNA on his own body without Madara knows about it.Than again,the plans not as smooth as their think,Nagato died before all the bijuus was collected.So,Tobi make another change in the plan,which is he transplant the rinnegan on his own eye,since he have Senju DNA in his left part body.As a result,rinnegan more compatible with the Senju body,which is his left body.Than again,the plan not really smooth because Kabuto got Madaras DNA before Tobi collect all the bijuus.So,Tobi make another change in the plans,which is he let Kabuto use Madara for the edo tensei.Tobi abondoned Madara to seek his own power,which is he plan to be a 10 tail jinchuriki himself and use it power to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi for himself.
That is what I thoughts so far.But still,maybe I wrong about what I thoughts.I'm not sure enough about the thoughts that I told because it is up to Kishi to told the stories.
