Candidates of who "TOBI" is
im thinking it could be anyone along the means of uchiha cuz of the sharingan, but then it cud be sumone else who just stole the eyes. tobi hasn't shown anyjutsu other than the space time jutsu,yea he has sharingan AND rinnegan, but he hasn't really done anything, especially in that fight with konan. i also dont believe he's working with madara the one that was just summoned by edo tensei. if he is then that means the sotry he told sasuke was a lie b/c he said as madar he stole his younger brother's ms letting him have ems but he hasn't showed it. so who is he?here's a few ideas of mine..:
