So the sage of the six path had two son. It was
known elder son inherited powerful chakra and
spiritual energy (chapter 462 pg 12). While the
younger son inherited powerful life force and
physical energy. I think the younger son
descendents diverged to uzimaki clan and senju
clan. uzimaki clan inherited the younger
son's powerful life force. While the senju
clan inherited the younger son's physical
energy. So, harishama inherited the physical
energy and for some reason was able to beat
madara.
maybe tobi needed both senju and
uzumaki powers. I think that's what tobi
refers nagato as the third path. first two path
are senju and uchiha and the third is uzumaki.

At the 5 kages summit,Tobi did told a story of Rikudou Sennin and about the 2 brothers.The older brother was given the ocular power but,short life force.The young brother was given a powerful chakra and long life force.Tobi claims that the Uchiha clan was the one from the older brother and Senju clan was the one from the young brother.I think,Tobi might be wrong about the Senju clan is from the young brother.In the story,the clan that have powerful chakra and long life force is Uzumaki Clan.Uzumaki Kushina has proved it when the kyuubi was taken from her.Kushina should be died after the kyuubi was taken from her.But,because of the clan long life force,she still alive after the kyuubi leave her body.Even Naruto has a powerful chakra.The frog that teaches Jiraiya claims that,in order to be a sennin,someone needs strong chakra and a guts not to give up.Jiraiya didn't perfectly in the sennin mode because his chakra wasn't strong enough.Naruto prove it that his chakra was strong enough to gain the sennin mode.

I actually find that to be a quite interesting
Theory. Hashirama might have fought Madara to
protect Mito, that said Madara migh have been
targeting Mito. and the same goes for Tobi vs
Minato. Tobi might have shadowed his true
intentions to gain the DNA from Kushina by
Unsealing the kyubi, so they would not suspect
that he was actually after the Dna of the Uzumaki
clan. Both Madara and tobi did the same thing.
though i think Tobi actually succeeded. I mean if
you look at it. the Most powerful Biju the Nine
tails has always been sealed within a Uzumaki. i
think its because they were the actual descendents
of the Younger brother. And i think the full
control of The nine tails actually gave Naruto The
Body and spirit power of the younger brother. That
the chackra cloak is an imbodiment of the Younger
brother.

it states the younger brother got the body of the
sage stong life force and physical energy and what
not. but it subjects the body more than the others
the senju are the direct line of the younger
brother while the uzamakis are a spin off there
clan. the uzamaki is related but not the direct
line. i all that other crap about targeting mito
is bull. i do think that tobi had something to do
with the destruction of the clan. and the reason
naruto can control sage mode better than jiraiya
has nothing to do with strong chakara u need
strong chakara to divide that chakara up but its
all about concentration and perfectly spliting ur
chakara and nature chakara in half.

My personal view is that the rikudou sennin
himself was an uzumaki. He knew enough about seals
to have sealed the 10tails in him and his chakra
was strong to subdue it. The uzumaki are also
renowned to be the best at seals and they also
have strong chakra and lifeforce so u get the
correlation.
Also, i think the clans form the six paths that is why when u combine individual powers from the clans u get more powerful ones.
I also wonder why all the children of the prophecy have ended up being uzumaki. why naruto got stuck with the Uzumaki surname and not Namikaze(there has to be more than just so pple would not relate him to the 4th).

you need Powerful Chakra to control sage chakra
because the sagechakra would otherwise take over.

So that's why tobi or madara transplanted the
rinnegan in nagato. If nagato wasn't closely
related to the sage of the six path, why would
they give it to him instead of transplanting to a
Uchiha when the Uchiha are descendents of the
elder brother. Since elder brother aren't
direct descendent of sage of the sixth path,
Uchiha can't utilize its powers directly.
They need to activate them. Therefore, Madara or
tobi chose Nagato knowing that his clan is the
true heir of the sage and transplanted the
rinnegan on him.
Since the senju's and Uchiha power descended from the sage, I still think madara needs senju's power to activate the rinnegan. However, it is the uzumaki clan who are the real heir to use the rinnegan or atleast capable of using sages true powers. Therefore, i predict naruto will be the one to do that.
