Tobi's True Identity
Is no other then Uchiha Kagami. Thats my final Theory on who he is. he was the student of the second hokage and might have acted as a spy to gain the trust of the second hokage

Quoting zahenntobi is Uchiha Kagami. this is because well i believe, that he is Uchiha Kagami. because During the First Shinobi World War, he was part of a team consisting of Tobirama Senju, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Koharu Utatane, Homura Mitokado, Danzō Shimura, and Torifu Akimichi. this also points to the fact that he had quite knowlegde of danzo shimura his history and importantly the uchia massacre conspiracy the mayor players which includes the 3rd hokage and danzo.
this could tie his history back to them if he is kagami. another debateble clue is of course HIS NAME!!!!!!!!!!! TOBI-Tobirama Senju THE 1ST BROTHER. KAGAMI WAS IN HIS SQUAD.!!!!!!!!
THIS TIES HIM TO THE HISTORY THE LOOKS AND OF COURSE THE NAME .if anyone thinks differently speak now


I have no objections about Uchiha Kagami as Tobi but I strongly disagree using LOOKS as basis. Characters CAN change their looks e.g. Chouji. Other supporting detail is fine.
