I glanced up the road. It had been almost 3 years since I last saw Naruto.<br />
I sighed and headed toward the training ground, where I was going to train with Tsunade and Sakura.<br />
&quot;So what are we doing today?&quot; I asked Sakura, since Tsunade wasn&#039;t there yet.<br />
&quot;What makes you think I know?&quot; she replied.<br />
She was right, it was always a surprise what Tsunade decided to teach us next.<br />
I sat on the ground, and stared at the clouds, wondering once again when Naruto would come back.<br />
After awhile, we realized that Tsunade was late, so we started to look for her, we found her at the village gates.<br />
&quot;Why are you here?&quot; I asked.<br />
&quot;It&#039;s been two and a half years, Naruto is supposed to come back soon.&quot; she replied as she looked down the path. &quot;I guess not today.&quot; she said, and started to walk away &quot;Let&#039;s start the training, Shall we? We&#039;ll work a bit in the hospitals to start.&quot;<br />
I walked after her silently, still wondering about Naruto.<br />
&quot;&#039;Ey Granny!&quot; I heard a voice say from behind me.<br />
I turned around. &quot;Naruto!&quot; I screamed, as I saw a faint orange-ish figure outside the gates.<br />
The figure stopped, &quot;Suzu?&quot; he said, as I caught up to him.<br />
&quot;Yep.&quot; I said, and smiled at me &quot;At least you recognize me.&quot; I smiled, and hugged him.<br />
He hugged me back &quot;It&#039;s been so long.&quot; he said, then stepped back &quot;Do I look any different?&quot; he asked.<br />
I looked up, &quot;You&#039;re taller.&quot; I said, with a slight glare, we used to be the same height. I had only grown an inch or so.<br />
I glanced behind Naruto and saw Jiraya walking up, &quot;Oh hey Jiraya, I almost forgot that he was training with you.&quot; I said, and laughed slightly.<br />
&quot;Suzu? You look different.&quot; He said.<br />
&quot;Thanks?&quot;<br />
&quot;Jiraya.. Long time no see.&quot; I heard Tsunade&#039;s voice say from behind me, they must&#039;ve walked instead of ran out here.<br />
&quot;Enough small talk, we gotta get you home.&quot; I said, as I grabbed his arm.<br />
We both started running to his house, he was clearly a little lost, the only reason I remembered was that I was his neighbor.<br />
Once we got there, I pulled out my spare key and unlocked the door. &quot;Jesus!&quot; I yelled, seeing all the dust over everything.<br />
I ran into my room, and came out wearing an apron, plastic gloves, and tons of cleaning tools.<br />
After his room was clean, we stared at our team photo. I bit my lip and looked away. I wasn&#039;t ever a big fan of Sasuke, but I loved him more like a brother. Like Naruto did.<br />
I hugged Naruto, then left him alone in his room.
