Lee shows up a little after Naruto starts fighting Kimimaro to help out. He ends up fighting Kimimaro one-on-one coz Naruto leaves to chase Sasuke. So maybe Lee is the one they're referring to in the "+1" thing.

Or maybe Krazykidpsx is right, and they're talking about Akamaru. Kinda makes sense. :p

Yea, but after that they were only Konoha's 5. That one episode had Rock Lee in it and I think it had something to do with him. So I agree with Nelsonkong.

Nah.. it's not just Gaara who shows up to help out.. so by that reasoning, you have to include those others with him (Gaara). I think it's either Lee or Akamaru. :D
