Do not double post, I do not have a clue where those pictures come from, your best bet would be to either search around websites and try to make a match or to ask Tom and ask him who made that banner for him as they could help you.

Yes they probally just took a screenshot, then alternated it to blue and all, to make one kick ass banner ^_^
