Bands that started to suck are bands like...Offspring, U2, Greenday (Always did suck actually), Sum 41, and you might know others that I probably forgot.

blink 182 (not a big fan of them anywayz) started to suck, but their music actually started to sound serious. so i dont really know what to say about them anymore.

And Sum41 what's with them. They had head banging music then they got all serious and started singing what I call "pain songs." More like pains in the rear end songs. :rolleyes:

I like the bands that never make it big but they should have. They have some of the best songs I've ever heard.

Eh, Switchfoot is okay along with Linkin Park. But they only have a few good songs like Breaking the Habbit and Dare you to move and that's pretty much it.

I think you have gone slightly insane...you are naming like all of the famous and decent bands...Also Greenday is something that was great and still is. They went a little wierd for a bit with some of thier "popish" type songs but the last cd was great.

IMO, linkin park weren't very good to begin with, And I wasn't really that big a fan of Sum 41, because.. They sucked and annoyed me. Never liked the scissor sisters either, ebcause they ruined a good song and I refuse to listen to them on principle. The off springs earlier stuff was better. To be honest, IMO a lot of the stuff coming out now is poop.has been for a few years. There's been a few gems amongst teh poop, but the majority of it sucks.

Metallica went down hill a few years back. And I'm gutted that Smashing Pumpkins aren't still around, but I'm glad they left their legacy in such good shape, as apposed to coming back from the dead to stab themselves in the vocal cords some more, like metallica did <_<

I think that Sum41's new CD is not as good IMO as their last two. Not bad, but not as good. GreenDay...I Havn't heard alot of their stuff. I only like Boulevard of Broken Dreams. linkin Park, however, is sucking bad. I liked them, but some of the new stuff played on the radio just disgusts me to the point where I don't want to buy the new CD.

I think the only bands that suck now aren't bands, but pop stars. Pop stars just plain suck. Get them off the air. They don't make their own music, and they lip sync in concert. Hmmmm......."bands" that suck......well for one linkin park may have gone down a bit but I still like them. Sum 41 doesn't suck, I like them. Blink 182 doesn't suck. I liked their new CD, hence me getting it. Good Charlotte hmmm.....well the high pitch voice in some songs was a little unexpected but their still good. I can't think of any bands that are sucking......other then simple plan but I just don't like them so that's all I'm going to say about them. That is really it.

I' say U2, Blink 182 and Linking Park. Their songs are disappointing sometimes.

linkin park are as good as they ever were but i respect your opinions....everyone thinks differently right? i think greenday are a lot better than they were (don't kill me) and plus billie-joe looks hotter! i never really heard sum 41 ages ago but i suppose they are cool now and as for blink 182 they were always good and always will be. shame they have split up :( LONG LIVE BLINK 182!

I laugh at those who said Green days new cd sucks, considering the fact "American Idiot" (their best song ever) got Song of the Year for Rock, not to mention nominated for Best Rock Album of the Year.

But I would have to say Metallica, their old stuff was awesome, but then the release the godawful album St. Anger.
