Alright kiddies...this is for everyone who keeps asking the same question...how do I create a sig or avatar.

First: Simply find a picture or image (that is not too big) to use. Then upload or host the pic off a site. Like PhotoBucket (http://www.photobucket.com) or Image Shack (http://www.imageshack.us).

Second: After uploading or hosting the images you will then need to get the image url. An example would be like http://www.yourimage.com. For things like photobucket and image shack they are already provided after uploading has been completed.

FOR SIGNATURES

Next: Gather the code and copy it then click on Naruto Lounge CP (Control Panel) menu button to access your signature editing options. Click edit signature.

After: Paste the code (the http code) into the white space provided. Then you simply insert in front of the http code then after the .com you insert

FOR AVATARS

Next: Gather the code and copy it then click on Naruto Lounge CP (Control Panel) menu button to access your avatar editing options. Click edit avatar.

After: Paste the http code OVER the already listed http code there then click save. (Make sure you do not have 2 http codes)!

FINALLY

Finally: Save the the code then walla your done. The image should be fixed. If anyone is having any problems with this then simply post a reply. I will try to clear up any misconceptions or misunderstandings!

P.S. You can also avoid all of the hassle by getting a custom signature or avatar made at Level9Industries Team Thread (http://narutolounge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1452) or teh ph3 Shopness thread (http://narutolounge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1349).

no...it should be easier done than said its very simple really just go on google images for an avatar click on larger pic and hope it'll stay small and den copy the url and paste it on here

For your avatar, you can upload an image from your computer hard drive (That is, you don't need Photobucket or Image shack etc). When you go to User CP -> Edit Avatar, there's an option there where you can either enter the URL for your avatar (this is where u do the thing that Kagami mentioned in the first post) OR you can upload a pic from your computer. It should be easy to find. There's an instruction "Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:" then a text box below that and a "Browse..." button beside that. So, for example, you look for a good pic from the internet, then when you find it, you save it in the computer you're using. Then, in NarutoLounge, you go to USER CP -> Edit Avatar. Then click the "Browse..." button under the option "Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:", then find the directory where u saved ur image, click on ur image, then click "Open", then ur back to ur User CP - Edit Avatar page. Then click "Save Changes". And you're done! You should be able to see ur new avatar.

But for the signature... I don't think there's an option like this. However, if you see an image over the internet that you want to use as a part of ur signature, I think you could just get the URL of that image and use that to do what KAgami said. Umm.. just make sure you get the owner of the picture's permission first, though. :p If I'm wrong and this shouldnt be done for some kinda valid reason, feel free to correct me. Hope that helps :)

Yea but it's hard to do a good one, alot of people on these forms have horrible sigs...but anyway this seemed to be the most approprate place to ask this, but does anyone know where I can get photoshop besides kazaa?

Then make one... Imageshack and Photobucket are for hosting images as Kagami rightfully said... all you need is an account, you don't need to have anything else... well except the picture and the url :p
