Shik. It's much neater to look at and I like the background much more. Additionally SWT, the white fog bit around Kakashi doesn't look so nice. It makes me think that something is off with the picture itself.

Swtvi3tboi08 gmv. Both have their ups and downs, but swt's advantage here is that his tag is less chaotic, and has nice text. Shik, if you would have kept the original color tint of the stock, I would have voted your way.

swt gmv. though it's bit too foggy, it still flows with the bg. besides, it's simple and that's an A+ for simpleness.
