A good client to use is BitComet

just download the torrent, double click it, Bitcomet should open adn ask where you want to save the files, and there you go. It's peer to peer, so even if you have fast internet (in which case I curse you and my 56k) it can take a while to download a file. And just so you know, there's something known as a "dead torrent" which basically means that no-one has the files on their computer anymore so you won't be able to download them. most torrent sites will have a count of what people have the files.

like it might say 5 Seeders (5 people have it on their computer for you to download it from) and 3 leachers (3 people are also trying to download it)

if it says something like 0 Seeders, 2 Leachers - then it's a dead torrent

and that's about it. And not that I mind or anything, but you might want to google questions like this in the future. There are alot of people that take themselves and this forum way too seriously :(
