Would u guys like it if me and Kazu chan upload the chapeters here so u can read online? so u dont have to download? if so choose yes if no choose no, but we will only do this if the admins (Tom, Shino, Vermillion) say we can...

Shino has just told me he will see if we can do this because he doesn't know about the bandwidth is at.. so we might have to wait..... but it will be awesome if me and Kazu can do this for u guys

Hmm.. it'd be okay, I guess. To shut up those who keep asking where they can get the latest Naruto manga. LOL Though I think it'd be better for the bandwidth if u only uploaded the latest 5 or maybe 10 eps. I mean, I dont think anyone would even read the older ones anymore. :)

for bandwidth.. u could zip them if they are going to get so much.. free space..:)

besides.. for me is better to download them instead of reading them online and save them later... ;)

but a large repository of mangas would be cool.

I just figured out from my archive of Naruto Mangas, that if you zipped them all, you would only save approx 2% of whats there because the graphics are quite detailed in jpgs and they don't compress much. I got this value from unzipping a few of them and checking the file size difference. it was approx 2% for all of them.

and thus, if you hosted all the mangas I've got (which is all 246, with the movie specials that have been released so far, and the pilots) as zip files, then over all, there would only be about a 15meg save in bandwidth/space. There is currently 781Mb of mangas released. so... lots of downloading =]

Of course i know that jpeg is already a compression algorithm.. so the amount of free space wouldn't be much... (zip isn't the best compressed program anyway :P)

I just said that because... it's faster to download them instead of "Saving Picture As" ;) so if u can put them in dl it would be fine... whatever way u choose to upload them... u'll need a lot of space so it's up to u to decide... :)
