OMG READ the last post i made about ur naruto and sess, use the VS thread OMG. Well anyways neji would win for sure no doubt. Bykugan would see the chakra line or something like that and trace it to him and he would get the crap beat out of him.

Hell yeah neji would own him, because he'd just flow his chakra into the dolls or puppets and make them not work and then he would just destroy Kankuro.
