I think it's episode 19 when zabuza tell's how he really cared about haku. and him and naruto were crying I'm watching the episode as I type so I decided to write about it since Haku is one of my favorite characters.

i liked ep number one wen iruka protected naruto from the fuuma shuriken or was it just a larger one watever just shurinken and he starts crying that was pretty sad

those both were sad eps but not as sad as ep 80 (correct me if im wrong) the one where theyre burying the 3rd, that was the saddest one.

The 3rd, but yeah that was by far the saddest episode. At least until the end. I don't know what number it is, but the one that showed Sasuke's past. Him talking to his brother and then his brother slaughtering the entire clan. I don't really like Sasuke but thats still pretty sad.

I agree with horus......when Haku died and Zabuza didn't care untill naruto yelled at him about how much Haku cared for him then Zabuza started to crie killed alot of the ninja's then asked Kakashi to lay him next to Haku because he wanted to c him one last time and he want to touch Haku's face then died

it showed how troubled gaara was and all the village sand nins showed weakness

Okay, a spoiler from episode 16? I get the feeling anyone here is a bit past that episode...

The most emotional part was Haku's death and Hokage's funeral, a very funny part though was when Konohamaru is inTsunade's breasts, also when Lee sends weird hearts from his eyes to Sakura in like episode 22, but i dont have a best part, i think the best is yet to come.

The Zabuza and Haku episode was sad, but not as sad as when the Hokage dies I think. At least in the end Zabuza redeemed himself a little bit before he died. When the 3rd died he was just...dead. And it was kind of in vain since Orochimaru is still around. Thats what makes it so sad.

it think the sadest would be haku and zabuza's epi's cause haku died before zabuza said all those things...even though haku prob knows thats wat zabuza really thinks but its kinda sad that he did not hear it from him..

b4 when i first started watching naruto i would have said the death of both Haku and Zabuza, but now my saddest episode is when the 3rd was killed and they had the funeral for him. WHY? WHY? did he have to die?

i think the saddest was with zabuza realizing that he cared for haku. the 3rds buriel wasnt really a touchy one for me cuz i stopped watchin naruto for a while and then thats where i picked up again so i was kinda lost. but im sure i woulda felt something if i watched it straight through. i also think that when gaara got up after being knocked out by gaara was sad, when he was still unconciouse (sp?) but was still going to fight. and then when Gai said he would die if lee did too, that was kinda touchy for me. GO LEE!!!

I think the saddest was definitely the 3rd's funeral. I mean, especially when everyone was laying these white flowers and then there were flashbacks plus that awesome music.... man, I almost cried. Zabuza's death comes a close second (to me).

About the episode of the 3rd's funeral, I find it sad because they were saying goodbye to a hero who meant something to each and everyone of them. Funerals as a whole don't make me sad (somber maybe, but not.. sad). However, the Third was almost like a larger than life character when he was alive. He touched the lives of almost everyone in Konoha - you could see that in the scenes when they all recalled something about him as they placed the white flower offerings on his "grave" (or was it monument or something.. well.. you know what I mean). It was a great loss for the village (and the anime :p hehe). So there. :)

they should try making more sad episodes... i think they tried to make some emotional parts after haku's death, but they were not that good.

well you dont just want a giant sob fest though. if you think about it.. there actually are a lot of lil mini emotional parts, like the one with the guy that blows air through his hands and orochimara helped him out. haha that one didnt really affect me but you can tell it had a meaning to it

Episode 100. The one where Lee and Gai are talking about the surgery and Lee's past. It was so sad that I almost felt like crying. 114 was sad too.

I think its Ep.19 or was it 20 well it was the episode where Zabuza fights againts Gottus men. Zabuza kills most of them then he kills Gatto. In the end Zabuza dies along with Haku and then snow falls from the sky...That is a death that I would like but will never get.

yes,i completly agree with shino.the ep of the thirds funeral was by far the saddest one yet.just knowing what he was fighting for was what made it sad.also knowing he won't be seen again next time the village is attacked.

Ah, yes. Sakura's 'Take me wth you!' scene. I cried a lot at that one too, but it isn't as 'sad' as some things. Ranks high on the emotional scale though.

The episode where the third dies is pretty sad, it made me feel.. more than sad, but i think the sadest episode is the first when Naruto is left alone after he doesn't graduate, I was most touched by that one.

When Sakura was telling sasuke abt how she wanted to go with him i was touched and i remeber crying but i think i was crying mainly bcoz of the disappointment...u feel a sense of loss when a character u like goes to the wrong side...and it felt bad really...so yeah it was sad i agree...
as for the whole Gai and Lee thing im sorry but as emotional as i am i can't seem to cry on those parts...and i do like Lee and i like Gai but i can't cry or ever feel sad abt those parts....but i do feel the frustration if anything :)

actually it is very bad,having your own uncle try to kill you,telling you that he was acting like he liked you but he really hated you,gaara thought that his uncle was the only one that cared about him,but it turned out that no one cared,even his mother hated him since his birth,no wonder why gaara was thinking( fuck the world).

The saddest to me was when...:

Naruto didn't pass the graduation, got touched, didn't cry though.
When Haku died, alongside Zabuza, very sad for me too, i cried there.
When the Medic Ninjas said to Rock Lee he couldn't be a Ninja anymore, then the sad music plays and memories are coming back, made me cry too.
When Iruka and Naruto are talkin' in the 3rd's funeral, also made me cry.

And i think that's about it :/

I think episode 80, the third's funeral is the saddest episode of all, because i actually cried(not out loud but i had tears) and i dont remember the last time i cried. It was so sad.
