This is my latest creation. I tried some filtering techniques and tried a new way to make a border.

It's okay I guess it looks kinda ugly though.. no offense

Any recommendations?

He does in my eyes. Anyone who can make me laugh and come up with one of the greatest catch phrases I ever heard deserves a banner.

if it was an animation it would be cooler and get a precise pic it looks so blurry

Well it was a precise pic, I was just trying make it look like Joe was going Mach Speed.

Oh come on. It's not THAT bad... Sure the Back ground could use some work...and maybe Joe alittle too....but Come on!

but the text colour doesn't suit the pic (sorry)
and the border well it's not good enough but overall I like it

Never really heard of veitful Joe was it? But all and all good job.

Viewtiful Joe, for all those out there who don't know, is a super hero game character who can slow time, speed it up and look good while doing it.

Okay, I intended it to be a little blurry to make it look like he was speeding time. I guess I should work on that a bit. The Color Pink is sort of relavent (Sp?) to Joe so that's why the text is pink, though the font isn't the best I admit. I admit the border could use work, but like I said, I tried to do things different with the border. As for the background...I got that by accident. I was going to use a pattern and do a bunch of filtering to make it something new, but what I put that down and put a pink overlay over it, I thought 'That works'.

So yea...those were my intentions
