Seriously, it's not too hard. Inking is going over the thing in black pen, or using PhotoShop, scanning is what you've already done, and colouring doesn't have to be PhotoShop at all. You can get awesome results if you have teh mad crayon skillz >_>

You can find some nice lineart tutorials on google as well. Thats what I started doing : )

Yeah, I got teh inking part...it's the colouring part I'm having concerns about.

I'm the exact same way, once I start something I HAVE to finish, and if I leave it for later it doesn't turn out as nicely as I could have made it.
