Well, I only thought He was a girl when Gaara said *she* in one of the translations I read. but I believe it was just a mistranslation.

Deidara does look like a girl with his hair. but hes a guy ^.^

hmmm....just considering Hidan called him "chan" in the manga - even though i was used more as a insult than anything else. I guess Hidan has to be in his late 20s, so i guess Dei has to be in his early to mid 20s
