I found out I needed corrections so here it is:There is no ban to how many can be Hokage,Jonin,or Chunnin now.There never was one for Genin and Academy so I won't say that.The purpose of this is to spread the word about Naruto and do things concerning it.If you have any more questions private message me and I'll get back to you a.s.a.p.
