YOu need a TV tuner card. It'll have the component cideo and L/R Audio plugs and coaxial connector. They sell them for about $60 - 80. ATI Radeons xxxxAIW have this feature.

if u want it cheaper there are some on eBay for 20 dollars(the Buy it now items of course) but they look very very complicated
