Xander heard Osako's name and jumped, bumping his head against the top of the counter. He whined and held his head. "Oww.."
Issune slipped out the back door unnoticed. Everyone seemed so welcoming to him. She wondered if anyone remembered the pain as she did.

Xander rubbed his head mournfully, then got up from behind the counter. "Miss Issune?" He looked around and sighed, his shoulders drooping. He was always happier when she was around, but he suddenly feel self-concious about his eyes. He heard the back door shut and went to it, going outside. "Miss Issune?"
"Over here.", she said. She was leaning against the wall with a bottle of sake in her hand.

Xander pouted sourly, hearing their conversation outside. He didn't mean to run away, he really didn't. He rubbed at his eyes, "Silly." He hoped his eyes weren't red.

Xander listened to everyone's conversations. His rested his head against the wall and yawned. He did seem to act like the child that Okonkwo was describing. For one, he feel asleep in unnatural places. He dozed off under the counter while waiting for Issune to return. He could barely hear the man calling.
She put a hand over her heart, "Those things... distracted me." she said. "You killed me right here."

okonkwo got up and walked over to the counter he saw xander and picked him up. He took him over to the sofa and laid him down.

Raion kept relaying what was being said in the other room he tried to block it but raion kept repeating their conversation this was causing him to become irritated.

She swallowed and looked to the child currently clinging to her clothing. She loved Xander and had felt a connection to him from the first time she saw him. "This is Xander, he's a bit shy.", Her voice was clear, powerful and had undertones of commanding.

Xander untangled himself from Okonkwo's grasp and went to Issune, crawling onto her lap. He yawned and mumbled, "I'm too tired to think, Miss Issune.." He couldn't help but fall asleep.
"I'm sorry, Xander.", she patted him apologetically, "You can make your choice tonight and tell us in the morning, okay?"

"I'm always fine.", she said, "Never any different. Always fine." She grew suddenly angry and punched the wall, leaving a hole.
