Could there be a rule to say that avatars and sigs must have at least some editing done to them? It's getting weird to rate a picture from the anime or a cosplaying sig... =/

I really don't think that we should force people to have a certain kind of signature. If they want some ugly-ass screenie cut clean from the anime, then let them.
