shino vs yamato- i'd go with shino on this one, his bugs are pretty imbalanced in my opinion. because they are chakra sensitive they should be able to defeat yamato easily since all of his moves we have seen up to this point consist of only ninjutsu and taijutsu, without genjutsu shino has a huge advantage since he and yamato are both close ranged to mid ranged fighters. if yamato tries a tree bunshin the bugs should be able to figure it out quickly

but we yet to see yamato go all out yet, so we wont know who will win

The problem with Kakashi's MKS vs View gate is this. If moving at high speed Kakashi won't be able to keep a lock on Gai. It's just that simple it's not impossible to force your way out as seen with Diedara when Kakashi used it a second time. Gai can also go strait to view while by passing the other required stages as seen in his fight against Kasami.

Yes Kakashi is well rounded however Gai has trained specifically to counter Kakashi's style. It may not be as pretty but Gai's taijutsu would prove more then a match. What's a little suiton going to do to Gai when he can part the seas like Moses. Kakashi's lighting is limited to close range making it useless when up against Gai's blinding speed.

Not really like I said styles make fights. Coto recently lost to a boxer who wasn't as skilled due to a difference in styles. Kimbo is a relatively unpolished street brawler & has claimed victory in a number of MMA fights by better "trained" fighters. Kimbo is currently has a record of 3-0 in MMA if I'm not mistaken.

That's not well rounded. The use of one element specific to sand with no sign of another element or taijutsu is one dimensional. Gaara was clearly a one trick pony in this fight as well just had the better style. However none of this has anything to do with Gai at this point.

No where is it hinted that Kisame's speed & strength is lowered just the overall chakra able to use. Gai simply kicked Kisame's ass no matter the chakra supply the result would still be the same. Sometimes actions > words. In the Asuma case you just presented, Asuma's never shown the kind of speed Kakashi has, yet the stats state otherwise. So yeah...not everything is to be believed. And if we do go by statements and stats, at least let them make sense, or have some common sense backing them. Water is useless sense Gai can split ocean sized bodies of water. Lighting is again useless sense it's pretty much close range & sense Gai beats Kakashi in speed it means Kakashi won't land a single hit. Earth use is limited to traveling underground but as seen against Sakura Kakashi's location can be revealed with enough force. As seen with Lee vs Gaara simply running around while on Harm gate would be enough to destroy the ground in the same fashion to quickly reveal Kakashi's location.

Now that elements are out of the way he have what dojutsu which Gai has trained to fight against? Again makes this useless as well leaving like I said before Taijutsu & MKS. Taijutsu with Gai means Kakashi is going to die. Kakashi's only true hope here is to get lucky with his MKS. However the problem here is keeping a lock on Gai sense if he's using any gate passd Harm Kakashi would most likely fail in this attempt. As proven by Diedara during Kakashi's second MS strike Diedara was able to brake free so its not impossible to get away from Kakashi's MKS. Another flaw in the MKS is that Kakashi needs to Actually see his target in order for this to be effective at all. So really in the end all Gai needs to do is circle around Kakashi staying behind him while moving in close to land one of his bone cracking punches while on any gate past Harm.

You can hype up Kakashi all you want I really don't give a shit. At the end of the day none of it matters. Kisame at 30% makes Zabuza look like a scrub there is no denying this people. Nothing when regarding the 30% clones state that the speed & physical power was decreased due to this jutsu. Matter a fact Kisame looked in tip top form in that fight against Gai & actually overpowered Gai of all people when pre timeskip Asuma was able to block 100% Kisame's initial attack with a charged chakra blade. I'm talking physical strength here people & there is nothing shown the physical strength or speed was lowered for him. The only thing that really changes in these 30% clones is the amount of chakra the user is able to use. As we all saw Kisame was still able to preform his massive ninjutsu which all pretty much outclassed Zabuza. Now my point on Gai killing Kisame is this. If Gai kills Kisame before he runs out of chakra does it really matter how much left over chakra Kisame mite have had at 100%? You need to understand that even at 30% Kisame still had chakra remaining. It's not like he was on empty by the time Gai made his move. Gai simply beat the crap out of Kisame & killed him. Had he fought at 100% the result would be the same.

Shikamaru, Kisame, and Itachi vs anyone. :p I say that's ridiculous because of the possibilities those three have of raping whoever they're fighting. Shika binds + Kisame water prisons + Itachi genjutsus the enemy = GG whoever they fight. They'd need to get through three forms of defensive layers there, and how would they do that if they're already caught in one? Kisame and Itachi are hella fast, so they'd be the ones to make the opening for Shikamaru first. Or Itachi would use genjutsu first, since he's quick with it, nor does he require eye contact, and is able to add layer upon layer of genjutsuness.

He was already prepared for Sasuke's Chidori sword as soon as Sasuke went to attack. As far as Shino and Gaara, if Shino's bugs get into Gaara's sand and start eating at the chakra, Gaara can't control the sand anymore. It just becomes some sand, it will take more and more chakra on Gaara's account to maintain the sand. Also, if Shino gets his bugs one Gaara (eat through the initial blockage), they can eat through his sand armor and get right to him. If Shino can avoid Gaara's sand while that happens and Gaara jsut loses enough chakra, Shino will win.

As for Sakura Ino vs Hinata Tenten,

Ino is onyl mid-range, and has noone to really help her keep either enemy steady t make sure she lands a hit. If Sakura uses her medical ninjutsu to disable them, then as soon as Ino enters the body, she will suffer the same damage, in essence removing herself from the fight. I say Tenten jsut uses an assload of weapons to take out Ino, as Ino has no way of dodging all of them. If some hit Sakura too, then hey, that's just a plus because it'll take some chakra and time for her to heal the wounds.

Meanwhile, Hinata takes on Sakura. Yes, Sakura does have medical level dodging, but you must also remember that you don't need a direct hit to seriously damage vital organs. Yes, Sakura can heal these, but on the fly, while dodging, and suffering more damage, she is either not goignto heal fast enough or get hit directly. If she gets hit directly, she is gone. She has to stop to either heal or try to run slowly, and Hianta hits, and hits, and hits, either deactivating all chakra and any chance for Sakura to heal or use her crazy strength, or heal herself. Between that and like a hailstorm of weapons from Tenten, Sakura wouldn't stand a chance. I give it to Hinata and Tenten.

Sasori VS Hidan- Sasori for sure, Hidan would need his blood for the jutsu to work, and sasori doesn't feel pain.

Madara VS Pain- We haven't seen Madara's full abilities yet, and Pain probably still has some secrets left.

Oro VS Kazuku- Tough one, Oro has the advantage in jutsu's but Kazuku also has a good amount of element jutsu's. I'll go with Oro.

Kakashi without Kamui isn't very nice. Sense this is a handicap match Kisame winz unless Kakashi knows MS genjutsu then Kakashi would win. Though Kakashi has never used MS genjutsu only his dojutsu Kamui was seen so the match has to go to Kisame. So so mean taking away Kakashi's strongest offensive/defensive move.

Depends how far along are we talking about here. Are we talking one tails Naruto when he fought Sasuke or chunin exam Naruto back when he fought Gaara. Does Kakashi have sharingan yet? O wait nm this is easy Naruto winz by summoning Bunta.

Even if Guy gets poisoned when completely destroying Sasori he'd still kill him first. But we're talking about a 3 man squad of elites vs one puppet user.

Asuma's Katon vs. wooden puppets means any puppet caught by this would be destroyed easily. His wind blades if needed would prove superior to the puppet attacks as he'd slice through them like a hot knife through butter. Though he doesn't have enough to get a win himself with a squad his abilities would help allot.

In the end it's like this. In a one vs one Kakashi would win without a scratch, Guy would win but may get scratched, & Asuma would put up a good fight but ultimately fail. However sense this is a three vs one team jounin wins without any getting injured.

Speed doesn't mean the same as evading...
Speed is like how fast someone moves his body...
Evading is see through enemy's attacks and move our body correctly so we don't get hit...
I. Sakura has reached almost the highest evasive maneuver when she was trained by Tsunade...T

II. The only one that could predict Sasori's sudden attacks is Chiyo, cause she knows where Sasori hides his weapons(yes, his weapons are hidden)

III. Sasori's attacks are damn fast...And a 1 hit kill poisonous...(Especially his needles, Tail, Third Kazekage's Puppet, His other puppets, Himself, wait, that's all of his attacks)

IV. Tsunade's strength was needed to destroy Hiruko...

V. Kakashi's Kamui is not an "i'll use it, DIE!!!" type of jutsu...Kakashi has to concentrate enough chakra to his left eyes for quite some time, and needs to take massive amount of his chakra, and IS quite difficult to be used againts moving human shinobi enemy...It's not a massive range attack, it's concentrated in a single point...

VI. The only thing that could destroy Hiruko is Guy's Asa Kujaku (sorry, I couldn't think of any other stronger physical attacks owned by the three jounins, I picked the closest one to Tsunade's strength)

VII.The Jounins don't know that they have to hit the Wooden Block in Sasori's chest to kill him...

Fact #1 Kakashi doesn't need time to charge Kamui. If you haven't noticed it by now Kakashi can switch from 3 tomoe to MS eye in less then a second. This jutsu alone kills Sasori before he has time to even exit his first puppet body. I'll get into this alittle later but right now I'm at work.

IDK, naruto going to be alot stronger, but I doubt weve seen all of neji can really do. He performed the 8 triagram 120 palms when he was just a genin and hes a jounin now. It would be a great fight.

Has everybody forgotten about her medical ninjutsu as well her ability to regenerate. Im also sure she has a new jutsu up her sleve she hasnt show yet.

Everybody seem to judge her on her fight with Oro. She was a heart broken out of shape drunk. most of all shes over her fear of blood! Thats the only reason she didnt kick oro and kabutos ass earlier in the fight. Shes still the ultimate konichi.

In terms of mastery of Kakashi's MS the quick speed in activation without hand signs from 3 tomoe to MS eye then absorption of Diedara's self explosion proves charge times aren't really there 277-19 (http://www.narutocentral.com/manga-viewer/277/19/), 278-2 (http://www.narutocentral.com/manga-viewer/278/2/), 278-6 (http://www.narutocentral.com/manga-viewer/278/6/). As you can clearly see Kakashi stopped a massive explosion dead in it's tracks without hesitation. Just to solidify the point of drastically reduced charge times for activating the MS eye 396-11 (http://www.narutocentral.com/manga-viewer/396/11/). Once the eye is active the dojutsu itself is instant & marks it's victims once in Kakashi's line of sight. Their is no dodging as the jutsu sucks in its victims & Kakashi can adjust the position of the worm hole accordingly.

Well, Veng, as far as that goes, it is instant as long as it was previously charged, which it was when he used it on Deidara before, and he can't adjust the wormhole once he actually uses it, as demonstrated when he only got Deidara's arm. If he could adjust it, he'd have adjusted it for a more direct hit.

I will, however, agree the time was reduced based on the last time in the manga he used it, even though it wasn't really shown how long it took between when he began charging, activated, and then used it.

Sasuke doesn't have tsukiyomi (unless I missed something) he has his own bootleg version of MKS genjutsu. And including Naruto's secret jutsu is ridiculous since we have no idea what in the world it is, for all we know it's his super sexy no jutsu. On that note here's what i think:

I believe Sage mode naruto would be able to win (granted a close battle)
Despite Naruto being weak at genjutsu, and Sasuke being quite good at it, in sage mode I assume that since nature chakra is being drawn in along with your normal chakra, it would be able to disrupt the regular chakra to the mind, which is what genjutsu targets.
Also with sage mode, I assume (based on his fall in the manga 2 weeks ago) that the increased durability of his body will allow him to use RS without damaging his body (or not as severely)
Amateratsu is strong but it attacks what Sasuke's eyes direct it to, and if Naruto makes enough clones, Sasuke will not know which one to attack or rather he would be in trouble if he ended up attacking the wrong one.
Finally in regards to the plethora of lightning based attacks, i will go out on a limb and say that Naruto has gained a greater grasp of his wind nature element based on the whole cutting the mountain/tree w/e that was shown earlier.

you can argue how sasuek could win but in the end reality wise naruto would rip him with sage mode.

both genjutsu and amaterasu are avoided by naruto making clones to fool amaterasu whcih has been done TWICE and fuksaku can just tap naruto and break the genjutsu.

And i doubt it's tsukuyomi because tsukuyomi isn't sucha weak genjutsu that it could be broken by ur partner disrupting your chakra if that were the case kaakshi would easily break through tsukuyomi.

Though I like the contest, we still don't have enough information to determine who would come out on top.

Sasuke: His improvements are only marred by facing the strongest opponents anyone has seen in the series(Itachi, though staged by Itachi, Deidra(?), Killer Bee). He is on the verge of being a top-notch shinobi with his variety of skills, intelligents and determination. I look forward to seeing him truly battle someone without hesitation or ulterior motives.

Naruto: I agree with others who post here regarding the depth of Naruto's skills since training with Jiraiya. I think the circumstances he's been written in have been emotional causing him to lose control, except for his encounter with Kakuza. Sage training, taijutsu training with Fukasaku, new long-range attack(s) changes the game with Naruto. Not to mention his vast improvement in chakra control due to senjutsu training. We should see a vastly improved fighter now. How much stronger/faster Naruto will be before and during the usage of senjutsu depends upon how far Kishi wants to take it. I believe the training Naruto has experienced is exactly what he needed to become a serious threat from this point forward. How bad will he be I can't wait to find out.

If this contest ever occurs, my hope is that Kishi continues to supply us with some of the most exciting and awesome fight scenes in entertainment today.

Based upon the facts we have NOW, Sasuke is more skilled, faster and more dangerous than Naruto.

Sasuke is gifted and has been driven to be more powerful than Itachi for some time now. This "gorilla" on his back has driven him to "partner" with Orochimaru which allowd him to obtain even more jutsus and skills. I don't believe we've seen the depths of his improvement completely yet either. All we know for sure is that he's only a few steps from being truly BA!

I think what excites me more is all of the potential that has been written for Naruto now. Almost three years training with a bonafide master, receiving advanced training from another ninja genius, his own determination not to be overshadowed by Sasuke and finally his training with Fukasaki(?). I believe the senjutsu training is exactly what Naruto needed to be BA because what he lacked most was....... control. He lacks control of his actions, his chakra and his temper. Sage training has forced him to slow down and be more contemplative. This maturation can only strengthen Jiraiya's lessons which I think we all know was more involving than kyuubi control and/or basic ninjitsu training.

Once Kishi "unveils" Naruto's progress, only then does this versus battle have any legs.

But, it is fun to speculate!!

Some of Sasuke's chakra was meant to surpress Orochimaru at the time, so how can he not have that much chakra? Even during Sasuke's fight with Deidara, he showed jutsus that might have exhausted a normal shinobi easily (summoning Manda, multiple Chidori-like attacks, constant Sharingan use, etc.), and still had a backup plan just in case.

if the uchiha clan can control the bijuus, then there's no point in akatsuki for madara

sasuke's usage of high-level lightning attacks like chidori,kirin,etc takes large amounts of chakra. cause if it didn't, then deidara should've been unable to last that long when he fought sasuke. and sasuke needed to rely on his CS just to catch up with deidara's artwork. and also, itachi's power was greatly decreased before he fought his brother. and even though itachi wasn't in his prime, sasuke's techniques were no match for him.

So there goes Sasuke's retarded Chidori variants and Kirin ( Unless he catches him off guard again. ) You could also say that Sasuke has an upperhand with his Fire Element, but to make Wood, you need Earth and Water, so he's got Sasuke literally smothered here. I think in this battle, what would save Sasuke is his speed, and trying to pull off an Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi. I'm not sure if Yamato would outsmart Sasuke or if Sasuke would out-Shunshin No Jutsu ( Body Flicker ) Yamato. :D

I don't know about that one. Sasuke planted his Kusanagi Blade in the ground which conducted enough lightning to defuse Deidara's bombs. Naruto would be screwed if he gets stuck in the ground, and that's a fact.

The Kyuubi in both the anime and manga stated Sasuke surpressing his chakra. What more proof do you need? Also, why do all of the work needed when you can have someone else do most of it for you?

sasuke's usage of high-level lightning attacks like chidori,kirin,etc takes large amounts of chakra. cause if it didn't, then deidara should've been unable to last that long when he fought sasuke. and sasuke needed to rely on his CS just to catch up with deidara's artwork. and also, itachi's power was greatly decreased before he fought his brother. and even though itachi wasn't in his prime, sasuke's techniques were no match for him.

and sasuke used 100% of his abilities, including orochimaru.
while itachi on the other hand was using about what, 50% of his skills ? since he gave some power to naruto. and itachi wasn't really serious after all.
If Sasuke really wanted to kill Deidara, Kirin would've made that happen, and you know that. Stop bringing other characters into these match-ups. We already know the Itachi intended on dying, and that he wasn't at 100% (even though it's beyond amazing that he was able to perform Susano'o faster than lightning hitting the Earth, and taking out Orochimaru like it was clockwork). Also, Sasuke used a portion of his own chakra to suppress Orochimaru, so I can't imagine how much chakra it would take to surpress a former Akatsuki member/S-Class criminal/Sannin genius with vast chakra himself.

and even though sasuke was able to defeat deidara 1on1
kakuzu had like 2hearts left, so naruto defeated more than 1 akatsuki member.

That's not valid since all of these hearts belong to one person, so Naruto defeated one Akatsuki member, not two or three because he had multiple hearts. Try again.


I'd like to propose a match setup!

How about Yamato -VS- Sasuke? There's actually more to this than what's seen at first glance, and when he first met Sasuke, he was caught off guard by his speed, but lets say this is a rematch.


Yamato's Wood Element is basically the reason why I even made this up. Some of you may know that wood does not conduct electricity. So there goes Sasuke's retarded Chidori variants and Kirin ( Unless he catches him off guard again. ) You could also say that Sasuke has an upperhand with his Fire Element, but to make Wood, you need Earth and Water, so he's got Sasuke literally smothered here. I think in this battle, what would save Sasuke is his speed, and trying to pull off an Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi. I'm not sure if Yamato would outsmart Sasuke or if Sasuke would out-Shunshin No Jutsu ( Body Flicker ) Yamato. :D

Sasuke would defeat Yamato hands down. Kirin would defeat any jutsu Yamato can perform (not to mention the MS jutsus).
